Technical Specialist– PM Nylon China/Korea

Job Description:
- Provide field service to Industrial Nylon customers in Korean value chain in Korea and China
- Provide innovative solutions to Industrial Nylon fabric weaving customer’s needs and offer them value in use solutions
- Resolve customers’ technical and quality complaints in timely manner
- Drive for quality improvement and claim reduction year on year.
- Link closely with INVISTA manufacture sites driving for valued quality improvement
- Effectively communicate with site production, quality and technical teams to address down stream issues
- Participate AP customer interface team
Job Requirements:
- Tech marketing/ tech service experience for textile products ( especially synthetic fiber and fabric)
- 5- 10 years textile industry experience. Weaving and textile process field is preferred.
- Good understanding the textile value needs at Korean customers
- Skills to develop actionable tactics.
- Good knowledge on textile process equipment in weaving, coating and finishing is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Travel is required
- Working experience under stringent compliance policy of employer
- Good understanding a global company
- BA or Master degree in Textile/ Chemical/ or related industry
