Mission:
Under Project Team Leader & Engineering Manager(Leader)
Lead the product (ACU/RSU) development to meet development timing
Work for PLM according to APDS
Technical support to internal / external customer
Main tasks:
To report the development status to PTL and AEK engineering manager if it needs
To lead the development team according to development schedule
Organize the weekly development team meeting
To lead the proto parts build up schedule
To lead the D-FMEA for design
To create the DVP&R
To technical support to internal(ex. PTL, Sys eng)
Work according to a PTL direction
To be involved in product development meeting and lead the unit design
To provide the PLM deliverables according to APDS
To discuss common technical issue with AEx

Competences:
Level (diploma) required :
Bachelor degree
Experience :
Automotive development experience is more than 3~5 years.
Technical skills required, included language:
Communication protocol, Calibration procedure
Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
Relationship, manage to the task with priority, can work with team
