¡¤ Implementation of service strategy and customer centric culture that is aligned with business goals
¡¤ Leadership, development and performance management of Customer Service Team
¡¤ Implementation and optimization of processes and structures
¡¤ Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
¡¤ Representation of the customer service area inside and outside the company
¡¤ Direct reporting to the management board

* JR
¡¤ At least 5 years work experience within the field of Customer Service Management
¡¤ Strong analytical skills
¡¤ Demonstrable track record of people development, including coaching team members, regularly
reviewing performance and providing constructive feedback
¡¤ Ability to set the future direction of the Customer Service department
¡¤ Understanding of call center technologies e.g. ACD, IVR, CRM systems
¡¤ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
¡¤ Excellent service thinking
¡¤ Project management experience
¡¤ Strong user of MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
¡¤ Fluent in Korean (native)
¡¤ Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
