- Maintenance IT hardware/server/network system in each accounts
- Provide basic support for OS, MS applications
- 1st leveled troubleshooting
- Identify,alnalyze and respond to escalations in a timely manner
- Support IT IMAC service,manage IT assets in each accounts
- Report to regional programe manager or to project manager
- Assist project manager on a global project or a local project
- Provide service reports, job sheets, expense claim, incident reports and the other documenations in a timely, proactive manner

Minimum 2 years experinece in technical support for Desktop and server.
- Good knowledge of both desktop & server
- Good communication skill
- Positive mind and attitude
- Team player

- Preferred CCNA, MCSE, A+
