1. Establishes marketing strategy to ensure long term market share and profitability objectives are achieved
2. Responsible for product sales growth
3. Develop new product plan
4. Competitive study related with planned new products
5. Develop marketing & promotion plans for key accounts
6. Monitor and follow-up sales POS data for key accounts and products
7. Pricing & Forecasting on new product development request
8. Responsible for Consumer Research & Marketing analysis ; Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
9. Provide product information to sales teams, cooperate with marketing communication to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.

JR
1. Engineering degree preferred with further qualification in marketing
2. Trade Marketing experience in electric goods preferred
3. Excellent English writing and speaking skills
4. Good presentation skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and etc)
5. Possess high level of integrity and positive working attitude
