The role of a Plant Quality System Efficiency (QSE) Coordinator is to drive the QSE methods within a plant. The main missions of the role are to:
▪ Define the priorities of quality continuous improvement in collaboration with the Plant Quality Manager, Division QSE Manager and with plant and Autonomous Production Unit (UAP) managers.
▪ Construct an annual QSE plan based on defined priorities, including targets, resources and organization of QSE workshops.
▪ Give training and support to production staff to ensure deployment of standards.
▪ Carry out QSE workshops and therefore master QSE tools and techniques including: 6 basics (quality wall, Pokayoke, self inspection, etc.), Problem Solving Methodology, convergence plan, and variability reduction.
▪ Support launch manager and program quality coordinator to be sure that QSE concepts are taken into account in all new programs.
▪ Collect, consolidate and report QSE performances of the plant.
▪ Identify and implement best practices.
▪ Participate in Division QSE network initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
▪ Bachelor's degree in engineering
▪ Experience in production in an industrial environment (5~12년)
▪ Knowledge of quality matters
▪ International mind set, overseas experience a plus
▪ Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
