* Generic Responsibilities

Assist Field Staff and end users at customer sites on troubleshooting of MCAD applications integrated with Tool, a web-based data management system
Troubleshoot technical problems, reproduce issues, develop workarounds and work directly with development on testing fixes
Assist in the creation and implementation of technical training and documentation related to the above topics
Collaborate with other offices worldwide to provide first class support for mission-critical customers
Continuously develop technical skills in PTC Products, and other technologies involved in the Desktop solutions

* Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

The ideal candidate is passionate about computers and has experience with MCAD/3D-Modelling with a genuine interest in client/server applications. Eager to learn, they are able to provide creative solutions to complex issues by leveraging their technical expertise given all the constraints dictated by the customer¡¯s environment (limited schedule, restricted access, etc.)

* Technical

Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience with MCAD/3D-modelling and/or Client-Server architecture User level with administration knowledge and network.

* Soft skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide creative solutions
Prioritization & self-motivated
Ability to quickly master new products and technologies

* Languages

English (Business Level)
Chinese/Japanese is a plus

* Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Experience with PDM/PLM or other enterprise solution is advantage.
Experience with CATIA and Pro/ENGINEER is advantage. In addition, Unigraphics, AutoCAD, CADDS5, Solidworks or other MCAD solutions is second priority.
Experience with Mentor Graphics, Cadence or other ECAD solutions is advantage.
Programming, Database knowledge is advantage.
Able to travel extensively (60-75%)
