* Principal Responsibilities
Supporting the installation, configuration, and tuning of PLM applications, which involves Oracle, Webservers, and Java both on UNIX and Windows platforms
Troubleshooting technical problems, reproducing/debugging issues, developing workarounds and working directly with development team on solution delivery and verification
Creation and implementation of technical training and documentation related to the above topics
Collaborating with other offices worldwide to provide enterprise-level support for mission-critical systems
* Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Eager to learn, they are able to provide creative solutions to complex issues by leveraging their technical expertise given all the constraints dictated by the customer’s environment (limited schedule, restricted access, etc.)
* Technical
Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science, or related field
Familiar with B/S architecture and databases
Object Orientated programming familiarity with Java programming
Unix/Windows : User level with basic administration knowledge
Oracle : Experience installing, creating and configuring Oracle databases or similar relational databases
Troubleshooting/development of web-based application (Java, Applets, Servlets, JSP, XML, HTML, and Web servers/Servlet engines a plus)
Networking: Basic administration knowledge

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer handling experience with customer-focus and listening
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide creative solutions
Prioritization & self-motivated
Ability to quickly master new products and technologies
* Languages
English (Business Level)
Chinese/Japanese is a plus
* Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Technical Support Experience is a plus
Oracle Performance Tuning skill is a plus
Able to travel extensively (60-75%)
High Communication skill 이 필요
