Job Summary:
Senior HR Specialist is responsible for providing HR related support and advice to all level of company.
In addition this position is responsible for the development of HR strategies and initiatives to support
the achievement of business objectives.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- +5-6 years of experience in HR generalist role in global company.
- Strong knowledge of HR related policies, procedure
- Strong knowledge of industry best practice and legislative compliance
- Fluent oral and written skills in English and Korean
- Demonstrated ability in aligning HR strategy and programs to business and client requirements.
